hi to everyone...i m from india...i want to settle in manitoba....i have done B.Sc(IT) in 2006...now i am working in I.T company from 2006...my ielts points are:-
listening - 7.5
reading - 7.5
writing - 6.5
speaking - 6.5
so am i eligible????
