I want to know to how to apply for LMO in Calgary, how much time it will take to apply for PR, does work permit get extend if its gets over before applying to PR? I want to know whole process of LMO in Calgary.

1. Employers apply for a LMO to HRSDC after advertising the position on the job bank for 2 weeks (Unless they have bulk LMOs already approved) 6-16 weeks. Proving there are no Canadians/PRs available trained for the job.
2. PR is Permanent residence, it has nothing to do with LMOs and Work Permits at the primary stage.

Yes - but you'll need a new LMO.

As a general question if 1 year work permit gets over than it is possible to get permit extension, but not under LMO.

No. You need a new LMO if you want to extend your work permit.
