about immegration

Hi,

My wife is sponser to her family.She has 3 member mother,father,brother.Our focus on brother.He is around 24 and we show a he is depended to his parents but he finish his degree on feb 2009 and after that he is working and he is doing studing.
My question is this if he is not continus studing then immegration will be reject.it has a one year gap in studies.

Yes, since he is out of studying he is no longer a dependent and cannot immigrate this way. Some provincial programs allow sponsorship of brothers and sisters, but the federal way is unfortunately closed for him now.
