about express entry CRS score help !!

Sir, pkease tell me if we are calculating CRS for express entry then spouse points will entertained or not??? If yes, then how can we access spouse education points which are not accessed by WES although he did masters!!! Whereas, in express entry only principal applicant factors are mandatory.
1) please tell me ielts score of spouse to be count or not?
2) educational credential is necessary for spouse or only for main applicant.
3) how much point we get if our relative/ family member is living in canada ad PR
4) if spouse does not accessed our educational credential then we got marks or not..
