About Dependent Obligation

I came in Manitoba on dependent visa with my Husband he is on Student Visa. Now we are facing certain issues with our married life and planning to get separate. As I will be eligible for MPNP after 6 months of full time job. Can I apply my PNP application of Manitoba without adding my spouse into the application. Will this effect my visa decision if I show a separation status?

Please assist.

we are married from last 5 years and we have disputes on loyalty factor. He is engaged with some body else. If I have proof so will it make any sense for my application to putt alone for MPNP.
