about continue application

Hello, I have applied for a post graduate work permit in 2014 Dec.19th online. Now I want to continue my application in MyCIC website. However, after I logged in, every time I click on "continue application" button of my former application, the system always connects me to an Express Entry questionnaire. The result of the questionnaire turns out that I'm still not qualified for the Express entry and links me to create my profile. But I just want to continue my post graduate work permit application. What should I do now? Why the button of "continue application" links me to Express entry application? Thank you.

What is the "continue application" linked to? Are you sure you didn't click apply for express entry instead of apply for study / work permit and temporary resident visa application in the first place?

No, I applied for this work permit in 2014 December, but I didn't have some of the necessary documents. So I paused the application in the document uploading phase. I used to continue uploading my documents for many times in 2014 December using that "continue application" button. But now it doesn't work in 2015. I don't know why.
