Hi Mezo,

Thanks again for ur nice words. Really, its too much depressing to experience difficulties through out obtaining

the docs that I had submitted such as PCC as I visited different countries and too frustrating to bear patiently

waiting for medical where most of March 2007 applicants(CHC LONDON) have been landed in Canada while am

just waiting for medical.

Im an engineer and I can`t apply for the new system. But whats bothering me that I applied for Canada

immigration to enjoy my life when am young not too old man. I want to reach there early to accomplish good

things in early time. But I feel its too late now.

Cheers,
Sam

Dear Sama,

I am May 2007 SAP FSW1 applicant. Got my medical last october, finished them within a week and ever since waiting for the PPR. You are not alone. I am sure that your Meds are on the way. Just hold tight for some more time. I know that this whole waiting thing is causing a lot of stress. We are all in the same boat.

Dear abusaf,

I know the only key for this long process is to be patient :-X! You are lucky to have ur MR which means one step before ur final approval. Im very happy to see those patient people who are going to finish this long racing.I hope to reach this stage too!

As I have read from Mr Nectars` posts , you should expect ur PPR in June.

Now my case is under B/S checks for 5 or 6 months.

Hope to get ur PPR soon and moor ur boat safely. Have a nice life in Canada.

Regards,

Sam

Dear Samyar,

I ordered my CAIPS in last Dec.2010 and got the file @ the end of Jan.2011. As per CAIPS notes I have been transfered from CAIPS to GCMS on 15-11-2010 and the codes that mentioned in my file pertain to GCMS which I do not have.

As per the letter from CPPO OTTAWA after submitting my docs. they mentioned in their letter that if you will hear from us by March 11,2011 , e mail us directly. I sent an e mail and replied as usual answer that VO will contact you if he/she wants additional steps.

But, the additional thing which I noticed after sending e mail from my side to them, they updated my on line status with "we started processing your file on March 11,2011" after the normal line of receiving of your file on Sept. 2007.

Kindly , share your CAIPS results once received.

All the best!!!!!

Regards,

Dear kur761
many thanks for your comments. as you know 10 months starts from 2nd AOR. mine was july 2010 and 10 months will end in May. i remember when i submitted my e-case status was IN PROCESS then after a while was disappeared. they never asked me for any documents (may be they satisfied) after that and nothing happened until today just got new file No. which means my file has been transferred to new GCMS.
do you have any idea why we experience IN PROCESS two or more times during processing our files?
have you tried to contact with CHC in London?
cheers

I tried to contact to CHC London b but they referred me to contact to CPPO-OTTAWA office. Your question about in process is valid and I do not have any solid answer for that but assumption.

When our files were in London office they put us under in process which means nothing happened for last more than three years and now in process means they are reviewing our files and working on them.

Did they give you any specific date after submitting your docs. like me?

yes, 10 months that means early of May. I sent an email for CHC London last week and asked them up to date me.

Have you got your CAIPS notes?

Hi kur761
they confirmed that they received my request for CAIPS in 7 April and mentioned "We are now in the process of reviewing your request and will advise you of its status within 30 days of its receipt" .
I have also received a standard reply from CPP-O after near 10 months of second AOR
"Dear Sir,
Your file is still in process. The officer will contact you when he/she is ready to proceed.
Thank you for your interest in Canada.

the only change was my address has appeared in my e-case.
Is there anybody have any idea about processing time and propriety of different steps when a file is in process?

Yes, the same reply I received from OTTAWA office after completing 10 months but different in wordings. No one has exact answer how many days are required to complete our case.

Yes, my address has come back and have they mentioned the date that they have started processing. In my case mentioning that "We started processing your file on March 11,2011"

Dear Samyar,

Any news from your VO???? or still IP!!

Hi kur761
no news just waiting to receive CAIPS. i believe our files will be finalized in 2011. there is a possibility that our background and security checks done before medicals. May be the reason is that some applicants have been in different countries more than 6 months, just keep in touch with them. also i requested from London office to up to date me but still waiting to hear from them.
