My husband and me waiting very long time. PR application process started on December 2012 category DR2. The ARC application was opened and process started on October 2015. This is two application not yet finalized. I have fresh GCMS notes. Last updates was in Octobre 2015. Lot of details and dates not correct and visible that lot of due dates manipulated, . example: Application status: Open 06.12. 2012 App status reason: In Progress auto email AOR letter send to client: cancelled.

This file open and no AOR letter. Why?

This processing time abnormally long. 52 months. Inhuman, because we are separate long time. No sex, no hugs. Only stress :'(
we sent to message for VO and no answer, Nothing not happen.

Oh My God! 52 months separate. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

I do not care what will the decision only I want that an end to this nightmare

I spoke with an legal counsel. She told me. This is story will be big scandal, if I will speak with one journalist

You have to reach out to your local MP and cause them much trouble for that if they have no grounds for the long processing time.

Such a long time its awful! As the others said call CIC, contact your MP, make a fuss about this. Maybe send a case specific enquiry asking why no progress has been made on your application and that there seem to be many discrepancies.

You said in a previous post that your wife is afraid of flying. Is there any way you can convince her to get over her fear of flying and come and visit you? You haven't seen each other in person in over four years and this certainly complicates your sponsorship application (as well as the ARC) since it's more difficult to show proof that the relationship is real and ongoing - and to overcome the deportation / failed refugee claim. Anyway - good luck. I hope you have an answer soon.

This is story is very complex, because was in progress PR application in Canada when my husband was deported from Canada. The CBSA officer was liar, because told us:
I checked on the system, sorry, not opened case for you. 2 weeks and you will be to deported

Now visible on the GCMS notes, that was opened case before 6 months.

This is PR application category not Family Sponsorship. This is category DR2 dependant family members who not protected person in canada. The GCMS notes visible that my marriage and relationship bona fide We lived in Canada 18 months, so no need interview, not need complex questioner form.

Sorry - I thought this was a family class application. You may also want to post to the asylum / refugee section of the forum. Good luck again.
