Currently i am on a student visa status , my wife is on work-permit.

Am i able to get work-permit under her , if i apply on student visa??

No. She only has a work permit because you are studying. She would need to qualify for a new closed work permit and her employer likely needs to apply and pay for an LMIA first. That would be around a 6 month process.

i wife came as a student 3 years back , right now she is on work permit.

i am currently a student in canada from last 1.5 years , we got married in canada 2 months back.

i am left with 2 semester of study , but i want to drop it and want to apply for work permit as spouse work permit visa.

Is this possible ??

If she has a skilled job and 3 payslips, you can apply for an OWP based on her PGWP.
