Yes you can get Post Graduate Work Permit PGWP, if you follow the rules during your studies mostly dont become part time, dont take unscheduled breaks and dont work more than allowed hours.
You dont need a job offer to get PGWP.

Even if college accepts PTE, Visa offices have been rejecting PTE so do TOEFL or IELTS to be on safe side.
If got admission in focus college Vancouver or evergreen college ontario? I am able to get pgwp after finishing my computer science 2 year course.
I have overall 6 band and each modules 6 band in IELTS and i had 6.8 in my b.tech degree without any backlog .I want to take admission in computer science Post graduate course for may 2018 intake.so,I will able to get admission or not .can you give me list of colleges in Ontario .who has computer science course for may intake.
