Hi all,
Exploring options for immigration from the UK to Canada (Alberta) for both myself and my spouse. We are both thinking of applying for the IEC, however as the applications are separate there is a risk only one of us will receive an Invitation to Apply.
If I received an invitation for the IEC working holiday visa, and accepted within the 10 day timeframe, and then my spouse did not receive an invitation within several months, could I then apply for the Skilled Worker Express Entry residency visa for both of us on one application, or would my unused IEC working holiday visa be a barrier to this method?
For relevent info, my spouse will turn 31 in April and therefore will not be able to apply for the IEC visa after this.
Thanks in advance and let me know if you need any further details.
