AAIP Tech Pathway - Reconsideration and new WEOI

AAIP Tech Pathway - My friend got rejection last year. So he applied for reconsideration and created a new WEOI right away. As the rejection was officer's error, he got a nomination yesterday. Should he delete that new WEOI that he created after rejection?

ITA - November 24, 2025 (via express entry)
File submission - January 21, 2026
AOR - January 21, 2026
Biometric done - February 20,2026
Medical done - before the application
PPC done - before the application

Any idea on further timeline
