I have been working since July 7, 2014/. So a year from that date would be June, right?
Or would that be July again?

Seriously??
You can't do basic maths?
Did you graduate high school or grade 5 for that matter?
You should have 365 calendar days or 12 months in full time, or equivalent in part time.
How about googling your question? I bet you will find an answer to it there.
P.S. 7 July is your work aniversary.
Good luck.

Since the EE profile only recognises Month and Year and note Date, Month & Year, a year would be June 2015.

You don't have to be so harsh. No one forced you to answer the question.

Just to clear more and support Doobie's answer read bellow. check dates. its not year.

From and including: Monday, July 7, 2014
To, but not including Monday, July 6, 2015
Result: 364 days

It is 364 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date

Or 11 months, 29 days excluding the end date
Alternative time units
364 days can be converted to one of these units:

31,449,600 seconds
524,160 minutes
8736 hours
364 days
52 weeks

I'm not going to exchange words with you. When you fill the EE profile it's immaterial what day you started working. The most important is the month and the year as those are the only options available. So from July 2014 to June 2015 will be one year.

Thanks to you but don't have to be an a** hole. I can get around with basic math, it just confused me. That's why, I guess, we use this forum.
Take a look, there are other people who are not sure about it.
Be nice. Thanks

sure, but the employment letter needs the actual start date, if they happen to get pulled out before their full year is up that would lead to problems. better to just wait till you actually have the full year.

And what happens when you provide proof of your employement?
I mean why are you making things so complicated for yourself and others, as if there are already less.
Same person if goes by your advice today, will create another thread in the future saying "1 year employement now a problem with application".
CIC will verify his employment details which will have the dates as well.
Come on Anya654!!! you can do this!!

Thanks for calling me an arsehole!
Before creating a thread a basic thing you can do is your own research. The link I posted above is the first when I googled, calendar days between two dates.
If you do little hardwork you can easily find answers yourself.
Don't be an imbecile waiting everything to be served on a platter.

Maybe you should have a panini and a beer so you can relax. My gosh you're an angry person!
