HI I GOT ECAS WITH DECISION MADE WITHOUT GETTING IN PROCESS AND 1 MONTH AGO THEY MAILED ME FOR ADDITIONAL 2 FORMS GENERIC AN ADDIONAL FAMILY AS I WANTED TO ADD MY NEWLY BORN CHILD IN APPLICATION NOW TODAY DECISION MADE WHILE FILE SHOWING PENDING REVIEW PLZ HELP .

You have to wait to receive their letter which is mentioned the reason on it.

Can you clearly mention what happenned in your case, please?
Which NOC you have applied? When did you apply?
How come they come to know, that you have a new born in your family? Did you inform them in advance that your wife is expecting?
What prompted CIC to ask you 2 additional Docs?

Very strange situation Dear ,Demand of additional documants is usually sign of Inprocess .after additional documents ,hopefully you provided on merit,such decision is a bit confusing .Let's wait for correspondence .w'd you please share your timeline and the reason for additional doc.

Could you share your NOC code , visa office And your time lines , I am afraid to say that Decison made before medical may be a rejection but there are slim chances that it could be of technical glitch.

Wait and hope its a technical glitch, if you wnt hear any thing from the visa office in next 3-4 weeks then its a later one
