Got a request for my passport after my medicals and RPRF fee, The letter requesting for passport says, besides other things that even though they have requested for my passport that by no means is a guarantee for visa issuance. What could be the reason for saying that on the letter, are there any reason for my application to get declined at this stage as I have cleared all up to this point.

i haven not yet reached that stage, but i guess this may be a standard format of their passport request letter/email? other guys who received request for passport can confirm this for you.

It is a standard format. Nothing to panic about. Just do as requested. Good luck.

Rest assured it is a standard/generic letter format used while making passport request.
