¿Is there any way to verify if there was a citizenship ceremony in Québec or Montreal on Saturday, September 17?, ¿Any idea?

For past records, you can try for a ATIP request. Might be free or $5 and will take 30 days. Else check with the tracking spreadsheets maintained by many groups.

Saturday Citizenship Ceremony by IRCC, Chances are very very low unless its a Canada Day or any Special Holiday Event. I am aware that in Montreal there is no ceremony on Sep 17.
