a quick survey of options if found ineligible

this is one that i really don't think will end up mattering (i HOPE), but i was just wondering what most people select on application to sponsor #1:
if you are found ineligible to sponsor, do you want to proceed or withdraw the application? i know if you withdraw if found ineligible, they refund everything except $75, and if you choose proceed, they will refuse it but give you the right to appeal, but there will be no chance of any refunds at all.

i chose "proceed" as i don't see how i could be deemed ineligible and want to avoid any possible delays, but my wife says most people posting on a similar forum in japanese choose "withdraw."

so...how about people here?

If you are not found ineligible, it really doesn't matter what you write but if you are, if you choose proceed, you can appeal under humane and compassionate reasons. if you withdraw, you would get the money back and could instead work on why you are ineligible and apply again once you've fixed it.
