Hi All,

I have already apllied for the immigration but my occupation is not on the list of 38 Occupation issued by Minsiter of Immigration.

But my wife occupation is on the 38 list issued.

So now does she needs to apply as PRIME APPLICANT or VISA Officer can automatically consider her to be the PRIME Applicant while making the decision on the application.

And also meanwhile my wife is on Maternity leave of one Year.

i think your wife has to apply again as main applicant but confirm this from other members too.

You can send a letter to the visa office and ask if you can make amends to your application to make your wife the primary applicant. If no, then you can withdraw your application and apply again with her as the primary. It doesn't matter that she is on leave right now as long as she has experience in this job in the last 10 years.
