A mistake in my forms after 3 months of them being with cic

Well hi guys,
I have a question in the IMM5669E form i made a mistake i didn't realize it until now in the job history section i was working in Mansoura university for something like 3 months and then i resigned and i forgot to type that, along with this job i also was working as a freelancer web developer but i mentioned that.

Should i change this paper and send it to them?.
Should i send them all of the form again?.
Will it affect my processing time?!

Any suggestions?

Was this a recent work history? Have you included any employer verification letter from that univ? Any pay stubs included?

It was a recent work something like in 2012, and i didn't include it in the forms and no i don't have a letter of employment at all

When did you submit your application and have you received AOR?

There are no employment letters included with the application. The placement was consecutive with another job, and was only three months so it slipped our minds.

There is literally no paper trail to any of the employment as he did not sign contracts. Should they question his employment I assume they will have to contact the names/numbers we provided??



EDIT* I called CIC and was simply told to send an e-mail to Mississauga to add that information to the file. That people forget things and it is not a big deal.

I am now wondering though, if the VO that is assessing the PA portion of the application looks into the work history? and if so in what detail? If there are no letters or contracts to show as proof, then will they contact these people to verify it? Or is that included as part of the background check?

I just noticed that your application has been with them for 3 months. Did you send it to Mississuaga location and when did you receive AOR?
Does that reflect in your CIC client application status?

Yeah I noticed that. I don't want to misguide here. To me, this looks trivial and would not be an issue. But I'll leave this to experts who can guide you guys to whether update the form or not. Good luck!
