Country where you currently reside. Annotate the date since you reside in that country.

can you give an example please

If you landed on Feb 1st 1980 then the country you currently reside is Canada since February1980.

For my extension on that question I put Canada as my country. For the "From" date I put the first day that I arrived in Canada. For the "To" date I put the date of the expiry date of my status. The reason I put the date of the expiry date of my status is because that would be the end of your status.

Then in the section "Details of visit to Canada", #2- Indicate how long you plan to stay. For the "From" date I put the date of the expiry date of my status. For the "To" date, I put the date I want to stay till. Example- From: 1-30-16 To 1-30-17

Hope this helps you!!
