Dear All:
Thanks for viewing my case. This is my first time to be here, and i couldn't find the answer for my question in this forum.....so I need experts' help.
Here is my case:
In 2006, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine which was a 4-year program in a private college in Burnaby approved and accredited by PCTIA(Private Career Training Institutions Agency) in BC. After graduation, I passed the license exam to obtain a RTCMP(Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner) license from CTCMA(College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupunturists of British Columbia) in BC.
However, several months later, the school that I graduated from was shut down due to shortage of students. Then I worked in a clinic for one year with the work permit.
Last October, I took a test from IELTS with "General", and the result is Listen 6.5 , Speaking 6.0, Reading 6.0, Writing 6.0
So my question is..."Am I qualified to apply CEC?"
