Hello everyone:

I hope I don't sound too stupid by asking these...

I am a 27 year old female currently studying Naturopathic Medicine at BC (a 4 year program); Since it is a private school and from CICDI it is categorized as career college, I may not be able to apply post-graduate work permit after I graduate - therefore, I wonder what kind of visa I should apply to stay in Canada after I graduate?
I intend to find a job right after or even before I graduate (My student Visa expires at Sept 30 2013 and I will graduate around June 2013)

I have been studying in Canada since 2002 (since grade 11) and went to Queen's university for Bachelor degree of life science (4 year program) and went straight into the Naturopathic program after I graduated in 2009; I don't have any work experience in Canada since I am always too busy with schools.

I have been trying to figure this out by myself but guess I am really not the know-the-law kind of person...any advise would be appreciated!

Thanks so much for your help - Have an amazing day :)!

Did you look at BC's provincial nominee program? Your best best would be to find a skilled job after completing your studies. You will have to find an employer willing to apply for a LMO(labor market opinion) and show that they could not find a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who could do the job. If approved(not all are), you can apply for a work permit.
