my name is obioma from Nigeria,a decision has been made on my application,was told they sent a correspondence on the 4th of January 2018,but have not seen any in my postal address i need to send a mail to the cic office and need a valid email add to send it.will really appreciate the help. thanks

Check you gckey immediately. Because, they usually give only 2 weeks to send your passports
