Yes, I did applied notes back in May and it reflected that additional documents were received on Mar 28 and placed on my file "see edocs".

Than later in June my lawyer sent a ROE and explanation letter that I have enough hours to qualify under CEC with my RCMP. Again, I applied another copy of my notes which ETA by October 8, 2014

What is you status showing in ECAS ? If you are ok can you share what additional doc you sent to CIC ?

Woooh , Man this was deliberate or its a mistake ? If its deliberate , you are own responsible for Delay , rest keep strong and Best of Luck .

Application Received still. I only mentioned my full time job in my initial application, later I realized my T4 and NOA has huge difference. The reason I only mentioned one job in schedule A because both of my jobs are exact same in nature like position and duties 100 same. On march 28 I sent an additional documents i.e. my second job (part time) T4, employment reference letter and an explanation letter. I also applied SOWP in feb which was declined in May 29 so I went to lawyer to discuss and he asked me to show him mine CEC application also and he suggested your application has so many grey area which needs to highlight so I appoint him as my use of rep and he sent my both jobs ROE with explanation letter in June. First he did his calculation and told me that your both jobs including 51 weeks of full time and 93 part time hours which gives me additional 3 weeks of full-time hours.

I was getting 36 hours every week and when I asked my employer to give me employment letter she denied and start cutting my hours from 36 to 28 per week after a month of argument the assistant manager finally agrees to gave me the required letter but he mentioned 28 hours per week and full time. I received a letter on Feb 18 and on Feb 20 got fired reason showing attitude and not doing job properly... And 7 other my co workers quit in couple of months because of sudden change in management (poor management) including the person who gave me the letter. Now I am so worried if CIC calls my employer I will be F****d

The another officer wont do any mistake as first thing your IELTS will be there so he will reassure and everything will be alright. if you are confident then it is enough and am sure everything will be alright. second VO will correct the mistake happened 100% believe me!!

Ohh my God, lets wait for your 2nd GCMS note , things will be more clear after that , and you can provide docs. explanation to cic (if needed).
But they way you handled situation is perfect till now brother :)
And believe in god Soon you will get Good news from CIC ,
By the way did you completed your MR (I mean upfront MR)?

Sorry forget one point , I also applied SOWP for my wife which was denied , when I called CIC help line , they are saying It's VO mistake and he not seen your AOR (and ignored ) but he suggested if you will ask to reopen case it will take more time so better apply new one and write detail explanation letter this time
Also he provide me one OP rule # and asked me to mention this in explanation letter .
I reapplied it , lets see what will happen this time , any way my $ 155 wasted :(

AOR is not a requirement and VO not just refuse application on the basis of AOR. Which rule number was it?

Yes, I have done my part and I am positive soon will gonna get MR and RPRF :). No, I vent done upfront MR because I want actual MR to come for my peace of mind :)

Yes, it may be true. But it will waste my time. The next deadline is 02/27/2015 shown in my GCMS notes. :'(
