A big mistake found in my GCMS notes!!!

I just received our GCMS notes. When I mailed our application to CIC, we offered the employment letters for both me (principal applicant) and my wife. However, in the assessment part of GCMS notes, obviously, the VO considered my wife's employment letter (a part-time job) as mine by mistake. As a result, his conclusion was that the schedule 8 was inconsistencies with the employment letter and thus sent to other officer for review. Since my wife and I once worked in a same university as postdoc fellow, I guess that was why the mistake happened.

What can I do now? Email Ottawa or wait till the second VO finds the mistake?

In GCMS notes under privacy act you can actually raise your concern.. and write an email to CIC’s ATIP Division (atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca).

You should have received one more form with your GCMS. You can fill that form and send it to them for clarification/ explanation.

I already sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to complain the mistake I found. Do you think it is enough?

Yes, friend. But now, I have to wait for their response and hope that they did not throw away my employment letters.

No, they probably don't you are a respected resident who pays taxes. CIC will surely going to give you an opportunity to get your side of evidence in light of what you claimed at first place, or hopefully, you will get RPRF and MR on the basis of your today's email clarification. Yes Why to send unnecessary Supporting Document If that is not asked or required as per Check list .
I know one person in my org. he Submitted His R& R from Company , Client , Some another manager , so VO got confused and in lot of 4 Person (who applied together ) Only his application is pending rest 3 landed already. in his GCMS note VO got confused with his NOC, R& R etc.. (I don't know all detail).

So some people think if they provide extra document then VO may impress or PR will be fast that I don't agree personally.

Well I don't want to scare you but Just send detail explanation mail (Email and same Hard copy ) and I lets see .

Keep your communication minimum. CEC applications are like 2+2=4 so why complicating by (2X1)+2=4

Email detail explanation + mail hard copy to CIC

Yes, I guess so, since it seems that CIC Ottawa dose not like giving us useful reply by email. And I will order another GCMS notes to see what will happen later.

Did you order GCMS notes before? In my opinion, only if there is a big problem, your application will be delayed like me.
