I’m sponsoring dependent child. I downloaded all the forms from the website a couple weeks ago and this form A-1520-BF was one of them. But I got a bit confused because it looks quite similar as part 2 from A-0546-GF (it’s a list of required documents) and i went back to the website to find more info. But there is no this 1520 form. I even couldn’t find it through the search on the website. I have no idea how come that I have it printed. Is this form still valid? Should I send it? Thanks
