Anyone with a score below the 400 mark I think will be only very very lucky to get an ITA because this must mean their english score is low.

Well, not quite. I am 35 with an 8.0 IELTS sitting at 401.

I am not hoping there will be a boost from job bank to the applicants. To my understanding, Job Bank is an eye wash to all to make people to be in day dream. Logically, who will wait for 6 months for a position to be vacant when there are plenty of resources available in market at present. I may be wrong but this is what I can see now in connection with the Job Bank.

There is a dual intend LMIA. After they are approved, they can apply for LMIA-based Temp WP and start working while waiting for PR process to go through.

But you are right that no one will wait for even 2 months for an LMIA, spend $1000, and possibly get rejected just to hire someone. (Unless it's truly uber-specialized that no one in Canada can do the job) But for the most majority, that's not the case.

The job bank thing isn't even working, It's just formalities for applicants

I hope the draw will be next week as my ECA status just went back to Evaluation in progress w/o a date today. After reading some previous post on WES I am confident to get the ECA next week on Wed or Thru.

I think on the Fridays I recall the draw was announced in about 4.5 more hours.

Hey, same thing happened to me also! It was showing an approximate completion date as 14th May and today suddenly it stopped showing that date. Is it something good?

In my case the date and status reverted back because I couldn't submit documents in sealed envelope. Once the documents reached WES they gave the report within a week.

So if you have a date for evaluation from WES and it goes back to evaluation in progress means its a good news and we can expect the evaluation early?

WES estimated completion date was showing as 11MAY since 20 days and now suddenly it disappeared. Is it good new or bad news??
