i wouldnt get your hopes up. As you say it's been a while since last draw, they may be waiting till mid year (june) before next one. No particular reason to expect one this week

Its safe it say points wont come down below 450 ever . They're clearly waiting to get the minimum 600/700 applicants with 450+ .
