I have submitted an application for skilled workers immigration from kuwait to the Bureau d'immigration du Quebec in Damascus in december 2007 and till now(i.e. septemper 2008), I did not receive an AOR (the file number)
N.B.: I moved from Kuwait to my home (Egypt) at April 2008 .. so I sent a fax to the Bureau d'immigration du Quebec in Damascus in the same month telling the Bureau d'immigration du Quebec in Damascus that nowadays I am living in Egypt.
i know from different sources that who submitted an application between january 2007 & january 2008 , received not only
the file number but also the letter of interview . this interview will be
in 16 november 2008 in damascus
i phoned ,mailed & faxed them many times but i received
zero informations.. when i phoned this Bureau, the agent asked
about my file number to give me infos,
i ask the same question to him ..(the same as the immortal
question: the egg or the kitchen was created first)
how can i overcome this catastrophe?
i want to know my file number. if they refused my file, why
they didnt send mt documents.
