8 months after doing the medicals? Worried

Hello guys,

What is the maximum waiting time after doing the medicals? I am 2007 applicant. I sent my medicals on 11/09/2009. It’s been more than 8 months since then. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I wrote them so many times but I got no reply. Plz advice

cant say definitely how long they take after medicals. this varies for different applicants with different visa offices and different backgrounds. maybe you can order CAIPS? checkout this link.

hi besho. I did my meds in august 2009 nd still waIting. Dnt worry most probably ur security chks r on.

Do not worry. It should be the background check results that they are waiting to get. (like me...12 months after the medical...just emailed Buffalo and they told me they are waiting for the results of the background check). Who knows how longer it is going to take, maybe some other 12 months, or maybe it is a week from now.... You can never know... you can never tell...all you and I can do is.....wait
