Hello everyone , can someone please help i was deported from New Zealand for overstaying my student visa for 3 years with 5 year re-entry ban which is now over as it's been more than 5 years, my police check (PCC) from NZ says "no convictions" and I have paid back the deportation costs to Immigration NZ. I want to ask if there is any chance for me to get visitors visa or work permit my brother is a permanent resident in Manitoba and can sponsor my application?

Sure, there's certainly a chance. You'll want to show strong ties to your home country and ideally you should be the one to pay for your own trip. Your brother can provide you the an invitation letter.

Make sure you declare the NZ overstay and deportation in your Canadian visitor visa application.

I know that I have to answer yes to this question "have you ever been order to leave any other country?" Can you please help me how i should declare my deportation in this small box

You can simply say "deported due to student visa overstay".
