Dear Seniors,
As I understand, a PR holder has to be in Canada for 730 days (not necessarily continuous) within the 5 years of it's validity to be able to renew it for the next 5 years.
What are the consequences if the principal applicant of a family cannot fulfil this requirement?
i.e. Principal applicant works outside Canada
If other family members fulfil this requirement, are they eligible to renew their PR?
Is there any way for the principal applicant (who caanot complete 730 days) to renew his PR status?
Appreciate your views on this.
