CEC requirement is to write name, DOB and date photo taken on back side of the photo.
In general, we get a date photo taken on back of the photo. In addition we will write our name and dOB on back of the photo. this is fine.
But as per requirement, sixth photo should be left empty. Does this mean the date photo taken should not be there on back side of the photo (blank)which normally photographer will stamp on back or it should only contain the date photograph was taken(without name & dob)
