Did any of you folks understand the new system ? is the 67 points back ? is there eligible and non-eligible ? so everything we understood was misleading and need revise ? whats your thoughs ?

Yes, I agree it is confusing.
NOW it looks like there will be two points system : 1- EE pool and 2. to Issue ITA -- another grid of points (relatives, Canadian education & job experience in Canada) for FSW.

I think its you must score 67 points, then go into the pool and get ranked according the comprehensive ranking we did lately ....

It seems the other way around.
First you figure out your eligibility for EE, then apply through MyCIC, and then CIC will figure out under which class you qualify and issue ITA to provide them with documents to prove it. (and before ITA, they count your "67 points")

Guys..
What is this "67 points".. can u please provide some more info..

Through what I read, its 2 filtration process :
1- Score 67 points to be eligible to go to the pool.

2-Build a profile and get ranked in the pool and the top ranked will get picked up to apply for ITA, others please tell what you understood.

read carefully on www.cic.gc.ca
Programs for workers

Express Entry for skilled immigrants
Federal skilled workers (for people with skilled professional work experience)
Canadian Experience Class (for people with in-Canada skilled professional work experience)
Federal Skilled Trades Program (for people with experience in skilled manual work)
Click on Federal skilled workers (for people with skilled professional work experience)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
If you meet all the conditions set out in the minimum requirements, we will assess your application based on the selection factors in the federal skilled worker points grid.Footnote 1

The selection factors are:

your skills in English and/or French (Canada's two official languages),
your education,
your work experience,
your age,
whether you have a valid job offer, and
your adaptability (how well you are likely to settle here)

Definitely confusing
Your first step is to become a candidate in the Express Entry pool.

Guys the CRS Points are for the draw . basic eligibility still requires 67 points.

Actually NO. You cannot be a candidate in the express entry pool if you do not qualify under either FSW, FSTP or CEC. When you create a profile in the EE pool, you can only submit your profile if you are eligible for one of these programs. So, the first step is definitely to be eligible for either of these programs. As of yet, it is not clear if eligibility under these programs is based on the old point system (i.e. 67 points for FSW) or there is a new minimum point.

It is based on old system and you must score 67 points but if you have job offer then you are a king of the ring ;D

This detail will be visible if your eligibility test is "Profile Ineligible".

To qualify for Express Entry, you must meet the eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class.
For Federal Skilled Worker Program, we use a grid of 100 points to assess how well an applicant will adapt to Canada's labour market. The grid looks at factors such as:
• education,
• work experience,
• qualifying job offer in Canada and
• English or French skills.
Applicants must meet the pass mark of 67 out of 100 points.
