To the best of my knowledge, no; at least, I didn't get any emails before any of the previous draws.

I'm expecting from now on that draws will run in the mid and the end of every month.. it was not so organised in Feb coz 3 draws did take place instead of 2 (the monthly average).

Even I got a message that "profile got updated".
But there was no change in my profile and no messages also. Strange

May not be that fast but this should mean CIC is accessing profiles.
When I applied for travel VISA, similar thing happened:
- silence for a few days after submission
- several dummy profile updates
- request for passport after 3 days of last dummy update

5th draw is a bit hard to predict. Not in sense of time( which is sure to be 13 -1) , but sense of score. I'm so interested in seeing how low will it fall.
Will be fall to 600 or will be go to mid - 500's ??!!

Agreeing with you the_lion ...Exactly as i have said earlier 5th draw scores are pretty hard to predict... as scores between 560 to 695 are not possible... so it would be interesting to see whether they stick to scores above 695 and and issue ITA's to the fresh applicants of CEC/PNP/LMIA holders or they lowers the minimum scores to the Mid 500's!

Personally my gut feeling says its too early to for CIC to drop scores to the 500's band ..... they will stick to 695 plus ... scores may drop to lower levels after the 6th or may be even after the 7th draw i.e.. 8th draw onwards.

Some Canadian consultancy said new laws expecting in this april 2015, I don't what it is!!!!!!!!

Exactly, CanCanada! Thats the biggest mystery. Jave you also noticed one thing? This entire Tier 1 lmia applicants and tier 2 - below 600 applicants only exist for udus.Probably, for CIC they dont care what you have our how much you score. They have to draw X number of applicants from the pool, that's it! The first 1100 (supposedly) would be selected. Where the lowest scores go, they dont care! What do you think?

I think Lion has got a point here...CIC would probably go into each draw having an approximate target number of how many ITAs they want to hand out. Don't think they really care about the points as long as their quotas are met.
