Congrats to all who received the ITA's in this draw.

My friend who is currently in India has also received an ITA. He will be arriving in Canada this month on study permit.

Should he apply from India before arriving in Canada for his studies. Or will it be better for him to send his application once he in Canada.

Any advice would be great!

Should I worry in getting an ITA if my application states this?

"We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

My express entry profile's effective date is on Feb 11.

CRS at 431 still did not receive an email
