Form 5481-#3
My husband has his Option C printout from 2014 and it shows a 30 percent higher income than what he has in the 12 months prior to sending in the forms..which we are going to do October 1st. Does it matter that there is a big difference in the amount of income? Does it raise a red flag? I understand that there is no income requirement for spousal but it just worried me.

Form 5481-Undertakings:
My husband is sponsoring me, I have no children. He has two children that he pays support for and they are Canadian by birth. Please tell me if I answered correctly:
4. Yourself..1
5a. Current undertaking..1
5b..Every other family member not included above and dependent on you financially..2
7..Total 4

Thanks. I keep thinking I am done with the forms and then I end up wondering if I did it all correctly.

Yeah I'm a little confused by the undertakings section too. If someone could clarify that section that would be great, as it is just me and my spouse I'm guessing we're supposed to put 1 by 'yourself' and 'current undertaking' and 0 in the rest of the boxes?

Doesn't matter.

Correct.

Thank you canuck_in_uk. Now I am going to stop looking at the packet and mail it as soon as my FBI report gets here. Well, maybe I'll check for form updates first.
