I am a worker and I need to extend my work permit. My application checklist says that I need to include 5401 Stamped receipt that is supposed to be ordered online and come by regular mail. I ordered it (in fact a few times) but it is not coming. I am waiting more than 2 weeks.
Can I actually pay my fees online instead of using this form? What should I do if the form is not coming? I tried to call CIC but it is nearly not possible to speak to the agent because of the load.
