Thank you very much for detailed information. As i told in my earlier massge i am giving up now. I will not go for appeal and even i dont won't go for new application. Visa refusal is okay one time, but this five years ban really shocking for me.
Once again i thanks for your prompt reply and giving me your valuable time for understanding the matter.

If you apply to other countries and their applications ask if you have been denied a visa, you must declare this denial and explain it, or else you could be banned elsewhere.

first you should order ATIP notes, that will explain what went wrong. Second since it might or might not work. Email visa office back stating that you were refused and the letter was indeed legit. You can call the company your self and ask. The visa office sometimes will listen, but chances of that happening are SLIM
