5 Year Ban & Express Entry profile Invitation

Hi friends

Anyone has information on "Is it allowed to accept Express Entry Invitation (ITA) before 5 years ban for Canada expires"?

I know that we can not submit a profile (AOR) until the ban expires, but nowhere it is clearly mentioned on the entire CIC website that - you can not accept the invitation before 5 years ban

I would request you to help if anyone has clear information on it

You can’t create a profile. You are banned for 5 years.

forbid you from entering Canada for at least 5 years
give you a permanent record of fraud with us
take away your status as a permanent resident or Canadian citizen
have you charged with a crime or
remove you from Canada

I have hired a reputed (1 of the top) immigration lawyer in Canada and he confirmed that we can accept the invitation (ITA) before 5 years ban ends, but will wait until the 5-year ban end to submit a final express entry application (AOR)

I would like to know what is truth?

If you have a top lawyer and are paying them then why are you asking here. You were given the same response last year. Plus your ban is up this month so why risk it. Assume FSW.

Hi Naturgrl, I want to know the truth, i just want to make sure whatever my lawyer said is 100% true, It is necessary to verify these details as it is a matter of PR file

Division 1 - Invitation to Apply clearly states

Inadmissible foreign national

(4) A foreign national may not submit an expression of interest if they have been determined to be — and continue to be — inadmissible for misrepresentation.

Seems clear to me but what do I know. Your lawyer is your guide.

I guess there is a sort of Rehabilitation thing can be done to overcome inadmissibility.
Once you pay your lawyer then he would reveal it for you. (You will be hooked up already).

May this probably does not apply for misrepresentation or two or more crimes.

You should Google it.
