I created an Express Entry profile when I had 11 months of eligible work experience and received an ITA.
However, to be extra cautious, I created a new GCKey account and a new Express Entry profile after reaching 12 months of experience.
I didn’t know at that time that it was not allowed.
I then received another ITA, declined/refused the ITA from the first profile, and submitted my PR application using the second ITA.
The information in both profiles was exactly the same, except that the second profile reflected that I had reached 12 months of work experience.
Could this cause any issues with my PR application, such as refusal or a finding of misrepresentation?
Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how IRCC would view this?
