With the new system in place I think you do have a chance, you just need to wait until the regular draws start happening again. You probably wont have a chance in these next few draws as there are a lot of PNP entering the pool, but around Feb/Mar of next year I think you'll have a good shot! Stay positive man and do what you can to increase that score (be IELTS or ECA for more credentials).

I am sure, you do have a chance, with new points approach the points score will fall.

Instead of waiting, I would rather try to improve language score or try for PNP.

You can be optimistic and wait for your chance but in reality score have never dropped below 450 in 2 years of EE and no one can guarantee that it will happen next year.

It will go down, the snow man was here in Toronto yesterday evening, he said do not worry, everyone will get a chance, eventually

I have been watching Express Entry since Jan of 2015.

My answer to you, based on past records, is NO. No Chance. Try to Ace your language scores. Once you break into the 460 mark, then you have a much better chance.

I beg to differ... In the past 43% of all ITA's were LMIA... Now these 43% have had a dramatic reduction of 550 points, so the bar will lower... but how much it's not certain yet but if it came down to 450 in past you can be sure it will go lower than that when we start having regular draws! Just a personal opinion though.

I have a same opinion!.. my points are 443 as well. If I have patience to wait next 4 months OR I should try IELTS again... the problem is we don't know how many people are there for instance between 450-460 today.. and so on..

Try to get 8.5 9 8 8 on IELTS to improve your score.
