Hello, My friend wants to ask if there is a possibility that she can apply as PR after 1 year as skilled. She now in her 3rd year here in Canada. Her employer applied already her work permit and still waiting. If her work permit was approved as skilled she will be eligible to apply PR after one year as CEC. Question, what if it's already her 4 years already here in Canada, is it possible to stay beyond 4 years before applying as PR?
