4 questions about forms ,please help!

Hello guys,

I actually have 4 questions:
1) In forms 1344,5406,5532,and 5669 there are lines for signatures and dates. Do I print the forms and sign them after that or I need to do electronic signature? I can insert the date but my PC does not allow to sign electronically.
2) In form 1344 there is a question about co-signer. I dont have a co-signer. In the end of the form there is "Signature of sponsor`s spouse or common-law partner (if co-signer). Who needs to sign it?
3) In form 0008 there is a question number 6 "have you received your certificate de selection du Quebec?" I did not receive anything BUT for some reason my computer does not click in the box NO. Can I just tick it with a pen when I print it out? Has anybody encountered this problem?
4)I am not using representative, so do my sponsor and I still fill out the forms to cancel or appoint representative? or we do not need to fill it out and send it at all?

I'm also looking for the answer for ur question 2 .
here r the answer for few qs.
1) U can put the date and then sign the form by hand written . if u need to sign electronically then in the form it will be written .otherwise u just sign them by hand .
4)u should fill the form for representative is only when u are using a rep. otherwise u no need to fill it out or send it . its completely optional .

Must be signed in ink.

If you don't have a co-signer, ignore those parts.

You can check the box. Put a post-it note, or something on the form to indicate that change. When the forms validate, they create barcodes with the response information in them. So they will need to know that the form did not permit you to select "No".

I would get the Principal Applicant to fill it out for the sponsor, at a minimum. This way the sponsor can contact CIC on the PA's behalf. In our case, my wife and I both filled one out for each other.
