4 months and no response or movement

Hi everyone,

I've applied for Super Visa for my parents on April, with request to renew Biometrics and I uploaded Medical upfront. There's absolutely no movement on their application. They didn't even look at Medicals or send letter to renew Biometrics.

Wondering what can be done at this point?
