Can someone please explain what this calculations mean? 300*2*8 - what is 300, what is 2, what is 8? Also why 4800/500? I'm trying to understand this better

300 is 1500 minus 1200, i.e. amount of "extra" ITAs that were issued before new quota was published. 8 is amount of months with 1500 per draw (July 2015 - February 2016), 2 is draws per month. 4800 is total amount of "extra" ITAs. (300 * 8 * 2). 500 is 1500 (ITA/draw before new quota announcement) minus 1000 (ITA/draw after new quota announcement)

Note that quota is for admissions in 2016, so it includes those who got ITA and applied in July 2015 - June 2016.

Iam on the verge of submitting my docs online as i got my ITA on 23rd march with crs 475(outland application)...........do I have to pay just CAD 550 now or do I have to pay all the fees at once.....if only CAD550 is needed now then when should I pay the right to PPR fees.

please clarify my doubt.

Paying RPPF later may slow down your application as they will have to request for you to pay it before your application can be completed

The appication fee of 550$ is compulsory to submit your application, RPRF can be paid upfront or CIC will request for it in the later stage if you dont want to pay upfront. In both ways there is no harm. Hope this helps

At time of application, only application fee $550 is payable.
Later in the process, IRCC will request RPRF, then you pay online.
You can pay both app fee and RPRF at time of application, but in case your application is returned or rejected, getting refund is pain in the ass

If they aren't genuine, you can't get a PR to begin with.
