If the Visa was issues in a passport that is valid just for 1 more year.
But when we want to land just 3 months to Expire Date , any problem?

No problem for landing. BUT, you might have problem travelling with the expiring passport. A lot of airlines won't allow you to board the plane. So you should also renew your passport and travel with the two passports.
