2nd time to Extend Visitor Record

Hi everyone. Good evening.
I would like to ask if its ok to state in my 2nd visitor record that me and my boyfriend want to do the common law? And if ever, should we say we gonna apply inland or outland? Im just confused whats the best word to say.

I got approved on November 5. And they gave me only a month of extention. But i applied on April 27 paper application.
