2nd Refusal study permit

I am from Pakistan .. Got rejection twice ..

1st rejection reasons
1. I dont have travel history.
2. They dont believe i will come back to pak after graduation.
3. Emploment prospects in my country.
4. Proof of sufficient funds.
5.purpose of Visit

After rejection i applied for ATPIP report
For confidentiality i dont share the content.

After carefully review the report i decided to apply again and make a better study plan. I tried to clearify more about the clauses in reports and reasons in application .. After applying twice they rejected again and this time, the reasons are
1.purpose of Visit
2. Employment prospects ..

Now i tried everything to satisfy the Visa officer..
I got admitted in Masters Degree in Electrical. I applied both times through reputable consultant and the financial statement was around CAD$800k..In my acc i show around 20k..

Any help will be greatly appreciated..

How to resolve issues.
1. I dont have travel history.
You need to show document that you have travel like passport stamps or airline tickets that have your name. If you do not have any travel history you might this will make it harder.
2. They dont believe i will come back to pak after graduation.
Some options if you do work presently and the company willing to give you a leave of absence for studying have them draft a letter stating that your have job when you come back. Another way is to establish strong ties to Pakistan likely family, and property.
3. Employment prospects in my country.
Grab currently job listing for the position for reputable sources newspaper, government job banks, or well knows companies.
4. Proof of sufficient funds.

Make sure you draft a letter of explanation that cover how you attain the money and it links to your study plan on overall goal.
