2nd Rad appeal Rejected what next option for me

I m here in canada since 2012 came as a student visa unfortunately didn't complete my studies my study visa expired in 2016 after i had applied agian got refused in 2018 applied refugee asuylum first hearing failed then rad appeal failed also after federal court approved submited again in rad appeal and decesion refused what next for me i m here since 2012 almost this year august 11 years no any bad record should i go for humatarion i don't have any family member here just only my cousin here please any good advice for me..

I don't believe H&C is an option right now. I believe you have to wait for a year before you will qualify to submit an H&C application.
 
Actually my first appeal got rejected in 2021 this is 2nd appeal rejected after first appeal reject i went to federal court and federal approved they send back to Rad appeal

To the best of my knowledge your only option is to wait the 12 months and then apply for H&C. You will have to hope that CBSA does not move to remove you from Canada during this time.
